An upper channel and a lower channel which enable the inner oil pan to communicate with the engine oil adjustment cavity are formed in the inner oil pan. Before an engine is started, the engine oil liquid surface in the inner oil pan and the engine oil liquid surface in the engine oil adjustment cavity are higher than the upper channel; when the engine is started, the engine oil liquid surfaces are lowered to be flush with the upper channel, and engine oil in the engine oil adjustment cavity enters the inner oil pan directly through the upper channel, so that rapid engine heating is achieved; when the engine work normally, the engine oil liquid surface in the inner oil pan and the engine oil liquid surface in the engine oil adjustment cavity are lowered to be lower than the upper channel, the engine oil in the engine oil adjustment cavity enters the inner oil pan through the lower channel, and thus circulating flowing of the engine oil in the inner oil pan and the engine oil adjustment cavity is formed.
