The coil assembly is simple in structure, low in cost and low in vibration during energized running, has universal applicability and is particularly suitable for a large-size structure, and the performance test requirement of the gradient amplifier can be met. The coil assembly comprises a winding frame and a wire, wherein the winding frame comprises two flange assemblies and a plurality of first support rods, the two flange assemblies are arranged opposite to each other, the two ends of each first support rod are separately and fixedly connected with the flange assemblies, each first support rod encircles to form a first frame of a polygonal prismatic shape, the wire is spirally wound around the first frame, the winding frame also comprises a positioning element, and the positioning element is used for limiting the wire to move relative to the first frame. In the coil assembly, the positioning of the wire is enhanced by the positioning element, so that the vibration of the coil assembly during the application process is reduced, and the application demand of the gradient amplifier is met better; and the coil assembly is particularly suitable for the large-size structure and has universal applicability.
