Abstract

The invention discloses a production process and device of solar foaming insulation pipe. The process steps are as below: first, extruding the materials from an inner tube extruder, then molding by a vacuum sizing molding machine, pulling by a first tractor, and sending the materials into a coextrusion-type head; thoroughly mixing a low density polyethylene high pressure foam material and a foaming regulator; adding the mixed material into a foam extruder, sufficiently melting in the foaming extruder by high pressure and high temperature of a lengthening mixing screw combined with the auxiliary catalysis of liquefied butane gas to reach a coextrusion head; integrating the material extruded by a sheath extruder and the material extruded by the foaming extruder within the coextrusion head; coating an inner tube sent by a first tractor with the extruded material, foaming, sending into a first cooling air bellows and a second cooling air bellows for shaping; and pulling out by a second tractor, and conveying the shaped tubing to a winding machine. The invention substantially increases production efficiency and has good insulating pipe performance.
