Abstract

The invention discloses an acid-resistant heatproof elastic bonding agent and preparation method thereof. The acid-resistant heatproof elastic bonding agent is composed of a polyol polymer, polyisocyanates, an anti-water vapor osmotic agent, a filling material, a cross-linking agent and an additive. The preparation method comprises the following steps: performing dehydration blending on the polyol polymer, the anti-water vapor osmotic agent, the cross-linking agent, and the rubber plasticizer at the temperature of 100-150 DEG C and a vacuum degree of 0.06-0.09 MPa to obtain a component A; uniformly mixing polyisocyanates, the rubber plasticizer and a catalyst to obtain a component B; mixing the component A and the component B, and then defoaming a mixture to obtain the acid-resistant heatproof elastic bonding agent. The acid-resistant heatproof elastic bonding agent is solidified at room temperature or low temperature, compared with other anti-corrosion materials, the acid-resistant heatproof elastic bonding agent has excellent acid and corrosion-resistant performance, high temperature resistance performance, high elasticity and cementability, the preparation method has the advantages of simple process and convenient construction, generation of small molecular substances during a solidification process is prevented, and the acid-resistant heatproof elastic bonding agent can be taken as an acid-resistant heatproof elastic material for being widely used in chemical anti-corrosion field.
