Example Embodiment

[0028] Example 1:

[0029] (1) Preparation of bacterial cellulose: Activate the Acetobacter genus Acetobacter xylinum which can secrete bacterial cellulose to prepare a seed awakening solution, and then add the seed awakening solution to the sterilized fermentation medium at 30°C. Incubate in an incubator for 7 days to make bacteria multiply and grow to a certain concentration.

[0030] (2) Fabric and bacterial cellulose composite: In this example, a warp knitted spacer fabric made of polyester is used, with a thickness of 3mm, and the upper and lower surfaces of the fabric are both mesh structures. Cut the fabric into a circle with a diameter of about 7 cm and place it in a petri dish. Then pour the above-mentioned bacterial cellulose culture solution into a petri dish, and control the height of the liquid level below 3 mm. Then it was sealed with a parafilm and incubated in an incubator at 30°C for 4 days. Bacterial cellulose grows disorderly in the interstices of the warp-kni...

[0032] Example 2:

[0033] (1) Preparation of bacterial cellulose: Acetobacter xylinum, a microorganism of the genus Acetobacter that can secrete bacterial cellulose, is activated to prepare a seed awakening liquid, and then the seed awakening liquid is added to the sterilized fermentation medium, using a biological fermentation tank Carry out mass production, so that the bacteria multiply and grow to a certain concentration.

[0034] (2) Fabric and bacterial cellulose composite in situ: In this example, a warp-knitted spacer fabric made of polyester is used, with a thickness of 6mm, and the upper and lower surfaces of the fabric are both mesh structures. Pour the above-mentioned bacterial cellulose culture solution into it, control the height of the liquid level below 6mm, and cultivate it in an incubator at 37°C for 7 days. Bacterial cellulose grows disorderly in the interstices of the warp-knitted spacer fabric to form in-situ nanocomposites. Bacterial cellulose grows in the m...

Abstract

The invention discloses a fibrous composite material and a preparation method thereof. The fibrous composite material is a three-dimensional multi-layer fabric which comprises an upper surface layer and a lower surface layer, wherein a middle layer formed by the connection of middle separating yarns is arranged between the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer and is filled with nanofiber. The preparation method comprises the step of filling the middle layer of the three-dimensional multi-layer fabric with nanofiber by virtue of an electrostatic spinning method or a biological method, so as to form the fibrous composite material. The fibrous composite material has strong force, is capable of resisting external tensile force and bearing a certain compression performance and has very good elastic return action, the structure is relatively strong, and the bonding is relatively firm. Furthermore, the nano-level fibrous composite material has relatively high porosity and high in filter efficiency. The preparation method is low in cost and and suitable for industrial production. The fibrous composite material can be further taken as a filling material and has a protection enhancing effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of composite materials and preparation thereof, in particular to a fiber composite material and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Composite materials are two or more materials with different properties, which are composed of materials with new properties on a macro or micro level through physical or chemical methods. A variety of materials produce synergistic effects, so that the comprehensive performance of composite materials is better than that of the original constituent materials to meet various requirements, so the research on composite materials has attracted great attention. Fiber composites are an important part of composite materials. [0003] According to different uses, fiber composite materials can be used for the separation and purification of gas, liquid and dust, etc., and can also be used as packaging materials and support materials.
