Abstract

The present invention belongs to the research fields of animal nutrition feed recipes and feeding methods thereof, and particularly relates to a feed additive improving equol content in cow milk of dairy cows and a feeding method thereof. The feed additive consists of a feed additive A and a feed additive B. The feed additive A consists of daidzein and/or formononetin, genistein, medicago sativa extract, lignans, coumestrol, genistein, inulin, cysteine 4, starch and sodium chloride. The feed additive B is microbial powder. The feeding method is as follows: (1) the feed additive B is added into the feed additive A, and the two additives are mixed evenly for 15-20 min; (2) the feed additive A is then added into the mixture to be mixed evenly for 15-20 min; and (3) dairy cow concentrated feed is added into the mixture to be mixed evenly, the mixture is used to conduct feeding at 11:00 every morning, and then the dairy cows can freely take forage and water. By using the feed additive and the feeding method thereof, the equol content in the cow milk is improved currently.

Example Embodiment

[0009] Example 1. A feed additive for increasing the content of equol in lactating cows’ milk. The feed additive is composed of feed additive A and feed additive B, wherein feed additive A is composed of the following components: 4 parts of daidzein and genistein 2 parts, 2 parts of alfalfa, 10 parts of lignans, 10 parts of couestrol, 3 parts of genistein flavone, 40 parts of inulin, 4 parts of cysteine, 10 parts of starch, 4 parts of sodium chloride;
[0010] Feed additive B is a microbial powder; its preparation method is: first dissolve 2-10 parts of fresh foal feces in 4-40 parts of normal saline; then, take samples of foal feces for treatment under aseptic and anaerobic conditions Transfer 0.4-10 parts of the liquid to 2-40 parts of BHI-daidzein broth medium and 2-40 parts of BHI-formononetin broth medium, and add 2-10 parts to the upper layer of the liquid after mixing. Sterilize mineral oil to isolate the air; finally, after continuous cultivation at 37°C for 7 days under anaerobic conditions, take the culture solution and store at -20°C. After freeze-drying, the microbial powder is prepared, and the number of viable bacteria is determined to be 1.9×10 9 CFU/g, put it into a tin foil paper bag, vacuum it, seal it, and store it at -20℃.
[0011] The feed additive prepared above is used in a feeding method for increasing the content of equol in the milk of lactating cows. The feeding method includes the following steps: (1) Take 0.1-10 parts of feed additive B and add 1-50 parts of In the feed additive A, mix well for 15-20 minutes, and then use it; (2) Add 1-50 parts of feed additive A again to step (1), mix well for 15-20 minutes, and then use it; (3) mix the mixture in step (2) Add 1-100 parts of lactating cow concentrate and mix it well. Feed it to lactating cows at 11:00 a.m., and then allow lactating cows to freely eat forage and drink freely.

Example Embodiment

[0012] Example 2. A feed additive for increasing the content of equol in the milk of lactating cows. The feed additive is composed of feed additive A and feed additive B, wherein feed additive A is composed of the following components: 200 parts of daidzein, genistein 10 parts, 18 parts of alfalfa, 25 parts of lignans, 35 parts of couestrol, 50 parts of genistein flavone, 80 parts of inulin, 60 parts of cysteine, 700 parts of starch, 50 parts of sodium chloride;
[0013] The feed additive B is a microbial powder; its preparation method is the same as in Example 1. The feeding method is the same as in Example 1.

Example Embodiment

[0014] Example 3. A feed additive for increasing the content of equol in the milk of lactating dairy cows. The feed additive is composed of feed additive A and feed additive B, wherein feed additive A is composed of the following components: 102 parts of daidzein and genistein 6 parts, alfalfa element 10 parts, lignan 18 parts, couestrol 18 parts, genistein flavone 22 parts, inulin 60 parts, cysteine 32 parts, starch 305 parts, sodium chloride 27 parts;
[0015] The feed additive B is a microbial powder; its preparation method is the same as in Example 1. The feeding method is the same as in Example 1.
