According to the magnet universal rotating device provided by the invention, rotating control on the magnet is achieved by virtue of the rotating motor and turning-over control on the magnet is achieved by virtue of the turning-over motor, so that the magnet can move by all angles; meanwhile, since both the rotating motor and the turning-over motor are arranged on the swing arm, namely on the positions away from the magnet, interference of a magnetic field on the motors is effectively reduced or eliminated, so that the normal and reliable operation of the device is guaranteed.
