Abstract

The invention discloses a medicine for promoting healing of tendon injuries. The medicine consists of a medicinal effective dose of 1,4-diamido-2,3-dicyano-1,4-bis (ortho-aminophenoxythio) butadiene. Another medicine for promoting healing of the tendon injuries consists of the 1,4-diamido-2,3-dicyano-1,4-bis (ortho-aminophenoxythio) butadiene, vitamin C and a pharmaceutically acceptable non-active ingredient. An in-vivo rat patellar tendon model also proves that the medicines disclosed by the invention can be used for effectively promoting patellar tendon healing. As relatively ideal medicines for promoting healing of the tendon injuries, the medicines, compared with other treatment schemes, have the advantages of being low in cost, convenient for administration, good in curative effect, safe, free from toxic and side effects and the like.
