The invention also discloses a control device and the electronic device. According to the control method, the control device and the electronic device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the relatively high bright change is gradually accumulated by each level of micro brightness change, thereby adjusting the brightness; the brightness is changed from the micro brightness change gradually to the target brightness; the eyes can gradually adapt to the new brightness; therefore, a user feels comfortable; the stimulation to the eyes generated when the screen is lightened in a dark environment can be effectively mitigated; and the eyes can be protected.
