Abstract

The present invention provides an OLED (organic light emitting diode) display panel and a preparation method of the OLED (organic light emitting diode) display panel. The OLED (organic light emitting diode) display panel comprises a first electrode, a second electrode opposite to the first electrode, and a plurality of organic functional layers stacked on the first electrode and the second electrode; the organic functional layers at least comprise a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer and an organic light emitting layer; one edge of one of the hole injection layer, the hole transport layer and the organic light emitting layer protrudes out from the other organic functional layers so as to form an organic functional layer detection region.
