system, and constructing a correction
matrix group taking the physical length of the corresponding surface of the current roller pair as a reference, the correction
matrix group comprises a transmitting correction matrix corresponding to a transmitting roller in the current roller pair and a receiving correction matrix corresponding to a receiving roller in the current roller pair, and determining the working rotation state of the current roller pair during transmission
signal correction, and obtaining a correction
gain coefficient corresponding to each receiving
array element based on the working rotation state of the current roller pair so as to correct the received transmission
signal by using the obtained correction
gain coefficient. According to the invention, transmission signals can be effectively corrected,
signal distortion caused by factors such as uneven surface of the roller, uneven materials and
angular deviation of the current roller pair during rotation can be eliminated, and the precision and reliability of transmission-type ultrasonic scanning detection are improved.
