The invention discloses a four-way
crossover valve, pertaining to a
fluid control unit. Existing four-way
crossover valves applied to large-scale
air conditioning systems occupy large space, the
stream is complex, a plurality of circuit control systems are required, failures tend to occur easily and the maintenance is inconvenient. The invention comprises a large-sized master valve and a control valve which is used to control the
changeover of the large-sized master valve. The large-sized valve has a
system connection tube. The control valve is connected with the large-sized mater valve through a control connection-tube; the control valve comprises a control master valve and a
pilot valve. The
pilot valve is connected with the control master valve through a capillary tube, and the control master valve is connected with the large-sized master valve through a control connection tube. The invention takes the original master valve, guide valve and
electromagnetic coil as control-valve components to control the direction of
refrigerant flow of the large-sized master valve; in respect of structure, the control-valve components are fixed on the large-sized master valve body directly; compared with the structure of a plurality of four-way
crossover valves connected in parallel, the invention has the advantages of small room occupation, brief
stream, control-friendly circuit, etc. In addition, the manufacturing cost is reduced and the invention is in compliance
with trend of energy-conservation society.
