In delivering-out-of-warehouse management, a delivering-out-of-warehouse plan is compared with the stock, and if the stock is higher than the delivering-out-of-warehouse plan, a next-step operation is performed; and if the stock is lower than the delivering-out-of-warehouse plan, a delivering-out-of-warehouse operation is not performed. A delivering-out-of-warehouse bill is generated, and the delivering-out-of-warehouse operation is performed.
