Embodiment Construction

[0034] The structural features of the present invention will now be described in detail in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0035] see figure 2 and Figure 7 , a 485-turn infrared circuit, including four parts: an infrared transmitting circuit, an infrared receiving circuit, an infrared debugging circuit, and a 485 transceiver circuit; wherein, the infrared debugging circuit and the 485 transceiver circuit are respectively connected to the infrared transmitting circuit.

[0036] Driven by the debugging of the infrared debugging circuit, the infrared transmitting circuit converts the 485 data format signal transmitted by the 485 transceiver circuit into an infrared format signal and transmits it; the infrared receiving circuit converts the received infrared format signal into 485 data Format signal; the 485 transceiver circuit is responsible for converting the received signal format between parallel data characters and serial data characters.

Abstract

The invention provides a 485-infrared conversion circuit and a method for transmitting data. By the aid of the 485-infrared conversion circuit and the method, the problem that an existing electric energy meter does not have wireless transmission and remote meter reading functions can be solved. The 485-infrared conversion circuit comprises an infrared emitting circuit, an infrared receiving circuit, an infrared modulation circuit and a 485 transceiver circuit. The infrared modulation circuit and the 485 transceiver circuit are respectively connected with the infrared emitting circuit. The method for transmitting the data includes steps of transmitting the data from 485 interface equipment to infrared interface equipment; transmitting the data from the infrared interface equipment to the 485 interface equipment. The 485-infrared conversion circuit and the method have the advantages that owing to pure hardware conversion and transparent data transmission modes, the data can be transmitted from the 485 interface equipment to the infrared interface equipment, and the 485-infrared conversion circuit and the method are applicable to converting data between all 485 interface equipment and infrared interface equipment.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of testing equipment for electric energy meters, in particular to a 485-turn infrared circuit and a data transmission method. Background technique [0002] Infrared communication has the characteristics of low cost, ease of use and compact structure, so it has been widely used in small mobile devices. At present, the energy meter of the State Grid clearly indicates that it needs to have a modulation infrared port, which is currently mainly used to realize short-distance meter reading. When calibrating the energy meter on the platform, the wired 485 communication is generally used for calibrating the meter. In addition, due to the limitation of product structure, it is difficult to add additional communication circuits to the existing smart switches and other devices with metering functions that are widely circulated in the market, and only have one infrared communication interface. [0003] Therefore, it i...
