Abstract

A vacuum adsorption welding device for plate splicing in submerged-arc welding comprises a first welding platform, a second welding platform and a gasket. The first welding platform and the second welding platform are adjacent, and the gasket is arranged between the first welding platform and the second welding platform. Each of the first welding platform and the second welding platform is provided with a plurality of vacuum suction ports. The welding device further comprises vacuum components and sealing gaskets, the vacuum components are connected to the vacuum suction ports, and the sealing gaskets are arranged along the peripheries of the first welding platform and the second welding platform. The vacuum adsorption welding device has advantages that by the vacuum components, quickness in plate fixation and convenience and quickness in operation are realized; small weld seam deformation and freeness of shaping after welding are realized.
