The method comprises the following steps: after a compressor is started to operate, acquiring a real-time operational frequency, a real-time exhaust temperature and a real-time outdoor environmental temperature of the compressor; determining a real-time frequency region where the real-time operational frequency is located and a real-time outdoor environmental temperature region where the real-time outdoor environmental temperature is located according to known frequency regions and outdoor environmental temperature regions; acquiring a real-time PID operational parameter value corresponding to the real-time frequency region and the real-time outer environmental temperature region according to a known corresponding relationship between PID operational parameter values and the frequency regions and the outdoor environmental temperature regions; and by taking a difference value of the real-time exhaust temperature and the set target exhaust temperature as a deviation, performing PID control on the open degree of the electronic expansion valve based on the deviation.
