A pressure device is used to apply fixed horizontal and vertical thrust and to simultaneously push an action panel and a pedal panel to rotate around the pedal arm rotating shaft. A pressure sensor, a displacement sensor and an angle sensor detect horizontal thrust, horizontal displacement and rotation angle of the pedal panel respectively. The pedal horizontal displacement testing device provided by the invention can comprehensively test the pedal horizontal displacement of different angles and different pressures.
