The method comprises the steps of monitoring an interaction event between a system and a user; carrying out system level filtering on the interaction event, and comparing the interaction event with a customization event; sending the performance program of the interaction event to a customization strategy of the customization event if the interaction event and the customization event are consistent, and sending a normal performance instruction to the performance program of the interaction event if the interaction event and the customization event are inconsistent; and detecting whether a current system mode satisfies the customization strategy or not after the performance program receives the customization strategy, and performing the interaction event according to the current system mode if the current system mode satisfies the customization strategy, and performing the customization strategy if the current system mode does not satisfy the customization strategy.
