The method comprises the following steps of: receiving current driving data of a vehicle transmitted by a vehicular terminal of the vehicle, including driving behavior of the driver and vehicle state data of the vehicle; determining whether the driver of the vehicle has a dangerous driving behavior or not according to the current driving data; searching the historical driving behavior of the driver from a database according to the vehicle mark of the vehicle if the driver has a dangerous driving behavior; determining whether a reporting message is transmitted to third-part equipment corresponding to the road traffic management department or not according to the current driving data and the historical driving behavior if the historical driving behavior of the driver is searched; and transmitting the reporting message to the third-party equipment if the reporting message is determined to be transmitted to the third-party equipment corresponding to the road traffic management department.
