Abstract

The invention discloses a refrigeration system with highest evaporation pressure control. The refrigeration system comprises a compressor, a condenser and an evaporator which are sequentially and circularly connected through pipelines. An expansion valve is installed on the connection pipeline between the compressor and the condenser. A temperature sensor of the expansion valve is installed on the connection pipeline between the evaporator and the compressor. The expansion valve with an MOP function is arranged between the condenser and the evaporator of the refrigeration system, the outlet temperature of the evaporator is sensed through the temperature sensor and transmitted to an expansion valve executor to be used for controlling the flow quantity of a refrigerant in a refrigeration system loop, and thus system evaporation pressure is controlled. The refrigeration system is made to always work within a reasonable operation range efficiently and safely, and the situation that the refrigeration system cannot operate normally because the temperature of lateral inlet air (or inlet water) of the evaporator is too high is avoided.
