Abstract

The large format apochromatism F-theta lens comprises a first lens, a second lens, a third lens, a fourth lens and a fifth lens which are successively arranged along a light incident direction; the first lens is a meniscus lens having a negative focal length, and a concave surface of the first lens faces an incident light side; the second lens is a positive lens; the third lens is a bending lens having a negative focal length, wherein the concave surface of the bending lens faces the light incident side; the fourth lens is a meniscus lens; and the fifth lens is a meniscus lens having a positive focal length, wherein the concave surface faces the light incident side. The invention provides an achromatism scanning lens group combining multiple materials; the f-theta lens group consisting of 5 lenses performs achromatism processing between RGB three-color light, which improves imaging quality and reduces distortion; and the lens is only made of two kinds of materials and chooses common SF and K kind materials more suitable for optical processing which are cheap in price, good in processing performance and suitable for industrial application.
