The method comprises the following steps: bringing forward an original hypothesis H0 and an alternative hypothesis H1; actually obtaining a sample n times, and giving a significance level alpha; obtaining a sample expected estimation value; giving a rejection region according to a formula shown in the descriptions; and determining system reliability by use of a calculation result. According to the invention, a cyclic detection mode can be employed for an unqualified table, the streamline detection qualified level is effectively improved, and under a cyclic detection mode, the cycling frequency and the convergence speed of the unqualified table in cycling also reflect the reliability level of detection results of a meter and automatic equipment in a concentrated mode.
