Abstract

The invention provides a positioning method and apparatus of a single-emitting and moultiple-receiving passive radar random object, belonging to the technical field of radars. The method and device are used for solving the problems of low safety performance and high cost of present object positioning. The method comprises a step of determining an emitter and the coordinate positions of at least three non-collinear receivers in a set two-dimensional plane, wherein the at least three non-collinear receivers comprises an ith receiver, a step of determining the ith direction finding model of a random object in an ith single-emitting and moultiple-receiving channel through a formula (shown in the specification) according to the random object in a two dimensional plane and the ith single-emitting and moultiple-receiving channel formed by the emitter and the ith receiver, and a step of determining the positioning result of the random object in the two dimensional plane through a formula (shown in the specification) according to the ith direction finding model and at least three direction finding models determined by the at least three non-collinear receivers.
