During testing, the current speed adjusting device disposed on a water inlet in a testing device is used to adjust the current speeds. The anemometer is used to acquire the current speeds in a real-time manner, and is used to record current speed information by a data connecting line, and the recorded current speed information is displayed on a current flow display. The detachable transparent observing device is made of high strength transparent tempered glass, and then real-time observation of inside filler changing information is realized.
