The rotating cross beams and the calibration supporting legs are mounted at the two sides of the top and the two sides of the bottom of the wall-mounted equipment through corresponding mounting screws. The calibration supporting legs at the two sides are of mirror image structures. The rotating cross beams can rotate around the rotating devices which are fixed to the frame body, and the rotating angles of the rotating cross beams can be determined through the calibration supporting legs, so that locking with the locking devices is achieved.
