The implementation method comprises the following steps: firstly, initializing system coordinates; under the condition that visible light filters exist in front of the camera and the LED infrared light-supplementing lamp, controlling the projection module to project a control menu provided by the software operation module on a plane by the display control module, and meanwhile controlling the camera to capture a gesture action image within the projection plane in real time and performing corresponding gesture control according to the gesture action image by the camera control module; controlling the projection module to project writing animation of characters to be practiced by a user on a calligraphy practice region by the display control module; taking a picture of characters written by the user, and making a judgment. According to the system and the method, movement ink marks of practice characters are dynamically projected onto paper, so that a writer can clearly and visually view a writing way and performing following writing practice on the paper with a real writing brush.
