Abstract

The invention discloses a variable-temperature direct shear apparatus. A variable-temperature box comprises a foam plate, temperature sensing elements, a heating device, a refrigerating device and a temperature control system. The temperature sensing elements comprise a refrigerating temperature measuring sensor and a heating temperature measuring sensor. The refrigerating temperature measuring sensor is arranged on the side, facing a bottom plate, of a phenolic aldehyde foam top plate and electrically connected with the temperature control system. The heating temperature measuring sensor is arranged on the side, facing the top plate, of the phenolic aldehyde foam bottom plate and electrically connected with the temperature control system. A shell covers the control system and the temperature measuring sensors, and then the control system and the temperature measuring sensors are isolated from an inner cavity of the variable-temperature box. According to the variable-temperature box, the temperature control system and the temperature measuring sensors are sleeved with the shell, and it is avoided that the temperature sensing elements are affected by high and low temperature environments in the variable-temperature box. The temperature measuring sensors are used for sensing the temperature, the temperature is adjusted to the needed temperature through the temperature control system, and the influence degree of temperatures on experiments at different temperatures can be experimentally studied.
