The invention discloses a mobile phone capable of measuring the resistance, which comprises a chip, a four-segment earphone socket and a voltage-division detecting module, and is characterized in that an ADC module is integrated on the chip, four segments of the earphone socket are a left channel, a right channel, a reference ground and an earphone microphone; the reference ground segment of the earphone socket is connected with a reference ground of a mobile phone circuit board; an output end of the voltage-division detecting module is electrically connected with the earphone microphone segment, and the ADC module is electrically connected to an input end and an output end of the voltage-division detecting module; the reference ground segment and the earphone microphone segment of the earphone socket are used for being electrically connected to two ends of an external resistor to be measured; and the ADC module acquires voltage at the input end and the output end of the voltage-division detecting module, and acquires a resistance value of the resistor to be measured according to a resistance value of the voltage-division detecting module. According to the invention, the four-segment earphone socket and a microprocessor of the intelligent mobile phone are utilized, and a biasing circuit required by different grades of measured resistors is designed, so that the small resistance measurement precision is improved.
