Embodiment 1

[0052] This example is used to illustrate the method and device for treating organic wastewater by the electro-Fenton method of the present disclosure.

[0053] use as figure 1 The shown treatment device treats organic waste water. The concentration of organic pollutant methyl orange in the organic waste water is 50 mg / L. The treatment steps include: adding 1 g of the composite catalyst mineral Somazine composite material into the reactor, and anode plate 1 and The cathode plate 2 is fixed in the circular reactor at a certain distance, the electrodeless ultraviolet lamp 3 is placed in the microwave experiment furnace 6, and the power supply and the light source line are connected at the same time. Make the organic wastewater containing methyl orange enter the reactor 9 with the multifunctional composite catalyst 8 from the water inlet 10, adjust the wastewater pH=3, turn on the air pump 4, make the catalyst fully contact with the wastewater, and reach the adsorption-equilibriu...

Embodiment 2

[0055] This example is used to illustrate the method and device for treating organic wastewater by the electro-Fenton method of the present disclosure.

[0056] Using the method of Example 1, the difference is that the device for treating organic wastewater does not include an electrodeless ultraviolet lamp. The removal of TOC in the treated wastewater discharged from the water outlet 11 was tested, and the results are listed in Table 1.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method and a device for treating organic wastewater by virtue of an Electro-Fenton method. The method comprises the following steps: (1) enabling a compound catalyst to be in contact with organic wastewater, so as to adsorb organic pollutants; and (2) carrying out electrolytic treatment on the organic wastewater under an oxygen introduction or aeration condition. By virtue of the method, the compound catalyst is combined with an Electro-Fenton reaction system so as to treat the organic wastewater, the compound catalyst is capable of adsorbing and purifying the organic pollutants in the organic wastewater and generating ferrous ions as a catalyst of the Electro-Fenton reaction system to generate hydroxyl radicals together with hydrogen peroxide generated in an electrolysis system, and the organic pollutants in the organic wastewater are further removed by virtue of oxidization of hydroxyl radicals; meanwhile, the compound catalyst can be repeatedly utilized; and the method can be further combined with measures such as microwaves and photochemistry, so that the treatment effect is improved. By virtue of the method and the device, the organic wastewater is simply and efficiently treated, and the removal rate of the organic pollutants is high.

Description

technical field [0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of organic wastewater treatment, in particular, to a method and device for treating organic wastewater by electro-Fenton method. Background technique [0002] With the continuous development of society, the problem of environmental pollution has become a global concern. The discharge of a large number of agricultural, domestic and industrial sewage has seriously polluted the water environment. Among them, organic pollutants have many types, complex material structures, and are toxic. There are a series of problems such as strong harmfulness and high concentration. Therefore, how to deal with organic pollutants in water is the focus and difficulty in environmental protection research. [0003] In recent years, significant progress has been made in the research of advanced oxidation technology to treat refractory organic polluted wastewater. The emergence of oxidation technologies represented by ozone oxidatio...
