The method comprises the following steps: setting a section of antenna routing with a preset length in parallel out of a built-in antenna of the mobile terminal in advance, and connecting the antenna routing to an antenna tuning switch; when the antenna is used for the first preset frequency band communication, enabling the antenna tuning switch to be in an off state, and suspending the antenna routing connected with the antenna tuning switch not to work; when the antenna is used for the second preset frequency band communication, enabling the antenna tuning switch to be in an on state, connecting the antenna routing connected with the antenna tuning switch to the GND pin, and enabling the antenna tuning of the mobile terminal to deviate to the second preset frequency band. Through the adoption of the method disclosed by the invention, the antenna routing connected with the antenna tuning switch is acted as a parasitic routing mode; the switch is turned on when some frequency bands use the switch so that the parasitic irradiator plays effect; the switch is turned off when other frequency bands do not use the switch so that the parasitic irradiator is suspended; therefore, the switch loss can be avoided.
