The carbon black-carbon nanotube solar absorbing agent is prepared by medium water, a pH conditioning agent, nanopowder and a dispersing agent; the solar water heater includes a transparent vacuum glass box for holding the prepared solar absorbing agent, a heat conducting water pipe and a feed port; slurry of the prepared solar absorbing agent is added in the glass box body; sunlight penetrates through the vacuum glass box to irradiate the slurry; and nanoparticles dispersed in water use the surface effect for efficiently absorbing the sunlight to quickly increase the water temperature. The carbon black-carbon nanotube solar absorbing agent solves ineffective wave absorbing gap position between vacuum tubes in the prior art; and selective wave absorbing materials are evaporated on the surfaces of inner tubes of the vacuum tubes to cause the problems of low solar absorbing rate, low utilization rate, complex evaporation process, high cost, quick heat dissipation and weak heat insulation effect.
