The water ion sterilizer comprises a cleaning container with water, and a sterilizer body located in the cleaning container, wherein a DC power supply is arranged in the sterilizer body, and a positive pole block and a negative pole block for electrolyzing water are connected to the DC power supply; an ultrasonic wave electricity supply module is also arranged in the sterilizer body, and an ultrasonic wave oscillator for exerting ultrasonic waves on the water is connected to the ultrasonic wave electricity supply module; the ultrasonic wave electricity supply module is used for supplying electricity for the ultrasonic wave oscillator and providing energy resources desired for high-frequency vibration, ultrasonic wave cavitation effects are produced in the water, and bacterium microorganisms and toxic substances are peeled from surfaces of cleaned articles, so that toxic and harmful substances which are high in adsorptivity cannot be continuously attached to the surfaces of the cleaned substances, and can be in sufficient reaction with positive ions and negative ions; and besides, energy carried by ultrasonic waves can also generate physical damage effects on a part of toxic and harmful substances.
