The invention relates to an anti-blue
ray resin composition and a preparation method thereof. The resin composition contains the following components: resin, an
ultraviolet absorbent, a free radical capturing agent, an
antioxidant and azo pigments. The preparation method comprises uniformly mixing the resin, the
ultraviolet absorbent, the free radical capturing agent, the azo pigments, the
antioxidant, a
solvent and a curing agent in percentage by weight so as to obtain a mixture,
coating base materials such as glass, PET, PVC and PP with the mixture, heating, and
drying, so as to obtain an anti-blue
ray coating layer. The
ray resin composition is capable of further absorbing 380nm-425nm
high energy waves harmful to human eyes. By forming a film through the
coating of the resin composition, the problem that the
heat resistance of materials is poor can be avoided. A production process is simple, the materials are wide in sources and cheap, and the process can meet the market demands andblue ray protection requirements of customers. The equipment investment is low, so that the industrial production is easily realized. The prepared film can be applied to the adhesion of each module of a
liquid crystal display and can be applied to the production of products of various types of protection films,
LED display screens, LED light sources and the like.
