The cleaning liquid is safe to a cleaned object, cannot corrode an electronic circuit board, has excellent compatibility, good compatibility with most rubber and plastics and cannot cause swelling, corrosion, and the like, thus the cleaning liquid can be widely applied to electronic circuit boards and hardware plastic; the cleaning liquid can be used for cleaning residual soldering fluxes or residual tin cream and other dirt on a PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) at normal temperature or by warming up, and also can be used for cleaning heavy greasy dirt on hardware or plastic parts; and the cleaning liquid is an aqueous concentrated product, has strong cleaning power, can maintain good electrical performance for the PCBA and has no damages to the human body.
