Embodiment Construction

[0019] The method for grading soil nitrogen under natural granularity of the present invention first collects fresh soil samples, and then extracts them step by step with chemical extractants, that is, uses different chemical reagents to extract the occurrence forms of nitrogen in soil samples under natural granularity, and the specific steps as follows:

[0020] 1) Use deionized water to extract free nitrogen FN in soil samples, including free total nitrogen FTN, soluble total nitrogen DTN, free ammonia nitrogen F-NH 4 + , free nitrate nitrogen F-NO 3 - , free particulate nitrogen FPN and soluble organic nitrogen DON;

[0021] 2) In the soil sample extracted in step 1), potassium chloride KCl is used to extract the ion-exchange nitrogen IEN in the soil sample, including the ion-exchange total nitrogen IETN ion-exchange ammonia nitrogen IE-NH 4 + , Ion-exchanged nitrate nitrogen IE-NO 3 - , Ion-exchanged organic nitrogen IEON;

[0022] 3) In the soil sample extracted i...

Abstract

The invention discloses a natural particle size soil nitrogen grading method which particularly includes the steps: 1) extracting FN (free nitrogen) in soil samples by the aid of deionized water; 2) extracting IEN (ion exchange nitrogen) in the soil samples by the aid of KCl (kalium chlorate); 3) respectively extracting CN (carbonate combined nitrogen) and IMON (iron and manganese oxide nitrogen) in the soil samples by the aid of acetate-acetate buffer solution and NaOH (sodium hydroxide); 4) extracting HN (acid hydrolysis nitrogen) the soil samples by the aid of HCl (hydrochloric acid); 5) measuring RN (residual nitrogen) by the aid of an alkaline potassium persulfate digestion-ultraviolet spectrophotometer method. According to the method, grading of nitrogen in the soil is refined under the natural particle size, more scientific and comprehensive grading is achieved, grading accuracy and grading reliability are ensured by the aid of section of different chemical extracting agents and extracting orders.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to soil nitrogen grading, in particular to a grading method for soil nitrogen under natural granularity, and belongs to the technical field of soil nitrogen grading. Background technique [0002] Nitrogen is not only an essential element for plant growth, but also a driving factor of non-point source pollution and greenhouse effect. Soil is rich in nitrogen-containing substances and is an important source / sink of nitrogen in the lithosphere, hydrosphere, atmosphere and biosphere. There are differences in the biochemical behaviors of different forms of nitrogen in soil. Using appropriate methods to study the composition and distribution of nitrogen in soil is an important prerequisite for an accurate understanding of the nitrogen biochemical cycle and its ecological environment effects in the earth's ecosystem. [0003] Nitrogen in soil includes organic nitrogen and inorganic nitrogen, of which organic nitrogen is the main one. T...
