The method comprises the following steps: S1) newly establishing an EXCEL table related to a CAD file; S2) controlling and reminding of selecting pixels of the CAD file till the selected pixels are valid, and then skipping to the step S3); S3) analyzing the data in the pixels, thereby acquiring valid contents of the data in the pixels; S4) outputting the valid contents of the data in the pixels to the EXCEL table in turn; and S5) judging if having finished the data capturing for all the required pixels, if not, returning to step S2, and if yes, ending. According to the method, the data can be accurately captured according to the steps of newly establishing the EXCEL table related to the CAD file, selecting the pixels in the CAD file through a pixel picking function of the CAD software, analyzing the valid contents of the data in the pixels and then outputting in sequence.
