The holding pole comprises at least two main holding pole bodies, a holding pole cap, a pull ring, a pull wire, a fixed pulley and a power device; the holding pole cap is arranged at the top ends of the main holding pole bodies; the pull ring is suspended at the lower part of the holding pole cap; one end of the pull wire penetrates through the pull ring through the fixed pulley to be connected with a lifted component; the holding pole further comprises a connecting rod, connecting lugs and turning pulleys; the connecting rod is connected with the lower ends of the main holding pole bodies; the connecting lugs are arranged between the main holding pole bodies and the connecting rod; the turning pulleys are hung on the connecting lugs; and the other end of the pull wire is connected with the power device through the turning pulleys. According to the novel holding pole, the connecting rod is arranged between the two main holding pole bodies, and the connecting lugs are arranged between the main holding pole bodies and the connecting rod, so that the force-bearing point connection of the holding pole is enhanced, when the lifted component is lifted by the pull wire through the turning pulleys, the force-bearing property is changed when compared with that before improvement, and the stability of the holding pole is greatly enhanced.
