The method comprises the following steps that in the refrigeration operating process, the indoor temperature is detected, the indoor temperature difference is calculated, and indoor temperature PID operation is conducted according to the indoor temperature difference, so that a first target frequency is obtained; the indoor temperature is compared with a set comfortable temperature; if the indoor temperature is not lower than the comfortable temperature, a compressor is controlled according to the first target frequency; if the indoor temperature is lower than the comfortable temperature, the coil pipe temperature of an evaporator of the variable-frequency air conditioner is detected, the temperature difference between the coil pipe temperature and a coil pipe target temperature is calculated, the coil pipe temperature difference is obtained, and coil pipe temperature PID operation is conducted according to the coil pipe temperature difference, so that a second target frequency is obtained; the compressor is controlled according the smaller one of the first target frequency and the second target frequency; and the coil pipe target temperature is determined according to the indoor target temperature, and when the indoor target temperature is low, the target coil pipe temperature is low.
