The method comprises the steps of: receiving a streaming acquiring instruction transferred to a streaming acquiring process from a streaming playing process; acquiring target streaming data corresponding to the streaming acquiring instruction; determining that a value of a process state identifier carried by a positioning pointer does not indicate that the process is closed; and according to the positioning pointer, positioning the streaming playing process, and transferring the target streaming data to the streaming playing process, so that the streaming playing process plays the target streaming data.
