Abstract

The invention discloses a tissue culture method for promoting accumulation of glycyrrhizic acid in liquorice adventitious roots. The method comprises the following steps: (1) inoculating the roots, stems or leaves of liquorice into a solid culture medium, inducing the growth of the liquorice adventitious roots, inoculating the liquorice adventitious roots into a liquid culture medium and culturing for 33-37 days; (2) adding anti-allergic protein LSP1 into the liquid culture medium of the liquorice adventitious roots which are cultured for 33-37 days in the step (1), enabling the final concentration of the anti-allergic protein LSP1 to be 25mg / L-200mg / L, keeping culturing for 4-6 days and harvesting. The method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the operation is simple, the content of glycyrrhizic acid compounds in the liquorice adventitious roots can be obviously increased, the growth period is short, the production cost is low, and the industrial mass production of the glycyrrhizic acid becomes convenient.
