Abstract

The invention provides a tropospheric waveguide inversion method and device based on radar sea clutter. The method comprises a step of obtaining a radar emitting parameter and sea clutter information in a sea clutter propagation path to be analyzed, and estimating the waveguide type of a waveguide which the seat clutter is transmitted to pass, a step of selecting a target correction refractivity model corresponding to the waveguide type according to the corresponding relation between a preset waveguide type and a correction refractivity model, a step of selecting a target function corresponding to the waveguide type and sea clutter information from a preset target function set for inverting a tropospheric waveguide, and a step of determining the correction refractivity distribution of the tropospheric waveguide by using the target correction refractivity model and the target function based on the radar emitting parameter and the sea clutter information. According to the method and the device, the accuracy of inverted tropospheric waveguide correction refractive index distribution can be improved.
