The frame is a semi-curved structure which matches the head of a person in shape. The adjustment belt is in matched connection with the frame, and the first end is an adjustment end. The adjustment mechanism is movably connected with the adjustment end of the adjustment belt, and adjusts the adjustment end to adjust the length of the adjustment belt. The main frame comprises a front casing body and a rear casing body, wherein the front casing body and the rear casing body are arc-shaped and match the head of a person in shape. The rear casing body comprises an arc-shaped side wall and a top wall. The front casing body comprises an arc-shaped side wall and a top wall. The front casing body and the rear casing body are spliced to form an inner hollow structure. A circuit device and a backup power supply of the headset are arranged in left and right sides of the inner hollow structure respectively. The front middle space is a routing channel.
