The method comprises the steps that a first obtaining request of obtaining electronic map version information of a to-be-operated line is sent to a networked storage server after a VOBC (Vehicle On Board Controller) of a train is turned on; the VOBC receives first version information of electronic map data of the to-be-operated line, sent by the networked storage server according to the first obtaining request; the VOBC sends a second obtaining request of obtaining the electronic map version information of the to-be-operated line to a vehicle on-board storage unit; the VOBC receives second version information of the electronic map data of the to-be-operated line, sent by the vehicle on-board storage unit according to the second obtaining request; the VOBC detects whether the first version information is consistent with the second version information or not; and if the first version information is consistent with the second version information, the VOBC downloads the electronic map data of the to-be-operated line from the vehicle on-board storage unit, and loads the electronic map data of the line after the downloading is finished.
