Abstract

The invention discloses a privacy protecting heterogeneous spectrum allocation method which comprises the following steps: performing initialization; submitting quotation; perfomring safe grouping; calculating an interference pattern, displacing the interference pattern, double encrypting the quotation information and sending the encrypted quotation information to the auction broker by the auctioneer; executing a grouping algorithm, encrypting the buyer identity after displacement for each group of members, randomizing all double-encrypted quotation information, and sending the grouped safe operation result to the auctioneer by the auction broker; decrypting the outer-layer encryption of the randomized double-encrypted quotation information by the auctioneer; performing winner selection, namely generating an encryption circuit corresponding to the auction algorithm, wherein the circuit realizes group pricing and winner selection function, and sending the encryption circuit to the auctioneer by the auction broker; receiving the encryption circuit by the auctioneer, secretly sharing the buyer pricing information and buyer identity with the auction broker, and calculating the encryption circuit; and performing final pricing.
