Problems solved by technology

However, due to the limitation of the scale of Chlamys farreri breeding, especially the large number of Chlamystis scallops have died due to the high temperature period in summer over the years, the cultivation area has gradually decreased, and the number of Chlamys farreri shells used for oyster seedlings has gradually decreased, which is far from satisfying the constant oyster seedlings. The need to develop and expand
[0004] Therefore, the price of Chlamys farreri shells is also constantly rising, and bay scallop shells are not suitable for raft-type sling culture because of their thin and fragile shells, so farmers generally seldom breed them; Heavy and difficult to remove, it is not suitable for hanging with ropes. In view of the shortage of oyster seedling clamshell shells, it is urgent to develop an oyster attachment base to replace the oyster shell to meet the needs of oyster seedlings and culture; at the same time, the attachment base It is required to have the characteristics of simple processing, easy attachment of seedlings, wide range of incoming materials, and low cost

Embodiment 1

[0020] Embodiment 1: Preparation of oyster attachment base

[0021] A method for making an attachment base suitable for cultivating northern oysters, comprising the following steps:

[0022] a. Selection and processing of polypropylene packing belt: first cut the polypropylene packing belt with a width of 15-20mm and a thickness of 6-8mm into a section of 5-6cm, and use a polyethylene rope of 1.0-1.2m long monofilament 5-6 String 100-120 segments into a string, and 10 strings into a bunch;

[0023] b. Cement wrapping: use the packing tape cut into sections in step a as material, and wrap it with mixed cement slurry; the mixed cement slurry includes 0.5-1% of epoxy resin and fine sand according to the total mass fraction of 100%. 10-15%, shell powder 15-20%, and the balance is cement. During the cement coating process, control the viscosity of the mixed cement slurry and its rolling speed so that it is evenly coated with a layer of cement on the surface of each section of the ...

Embodiment 2

[0025] Embodiment 2: Utilize the attachment base that embodiment 1 makes to carry out long oyster cultivation and culture

[0026] Choose Weihai Rushan Bay, Sanggou Bay aquaculture sea area to carry out hanging cultivation, hang 400 2 meters of breeding suspension ropes per mu, and each suspension rope clamps 20 attachment bases of the present invention.

[0027] (1) Adhesive base treatment: before the long oyster seedlings were harvested, use 20×10 -6 The oyster attachment base was prepared by soaking in a concentrated bleach solution for 10 hours, then neutralized with sodium thiosulfate, soaked in sea water for 10 hours, rinsed and set aside;

[0028] (2) Seedling collection: put the attachment base treated in step d into the cultured oyster eye spot larvae, the larvae rate reaches 50%-60%, and the larva shell height is 330-360μm for seedling collection. When the attachment base After the seedling density reaches an average of 15-20 per piece, move the attachment base to o...

Embodiment 3

[0030] Embodiment 3: Utilize the attachment base that embodiment 1 makes to carry out long oyster cultivation and culture

[0031] Choose Yantai Zhifu Bay aquaculture sea area to carry out hanging cultivation, hang 400 cultivation suspension ropes of 2 meters per mu, and each suspension rope clamps 20 attachment bases of the present invention.

[0032] (1) Adhesive substrate treatment: before harvesting the long oyster seedlings, use 10×10 -6 The oyster attachment base was prepared by soaking in a concentrated bleach solution for 10 hours, then neutralized with sodium thiosulfate, soaked in sea water for 10 hours, rinsed and set aside;

[0033] (2) Seedling collection: put the attachment base treated in step d into the cultured oyster eye spot larvae, the larvae rate reaches 50%-60%, and the larva shell height is 330-360μm for seedling collection. When the attachment base After the seedling density reaches an average of 15-20 per piece, move the attachment base to other ponds...

Abstract

The invention provides a substratum used in an artificial breeding and production process of crassostrea gigas and a manufacturing method of the substratum, and provides a method for cultivating the crassostrea gigas by using the substratum. The manufacturing method of the substratum comprises the following steps: cutting and bundling polypropylene packing straps; then wrapping the outer surface of the polypropylene packing straps with mixed cement paste; and air-drying the polypropylene packing straps to obtain the substratum. The mixed cement paste comprises the following components in percentages by mass: 0.5-1% of epoxy resin, 10-15% of fine sand, 15-20% of shell powder and the balance of cement; and the total mass percentage is 100%. The substratum is made of materials obtained easily, is low in cost and high in strength, and resists stretching and seawater corrosion. By the manufactured substratum, seedlings are collected easily, and the seedling attachment effect is good. Compared with frequently used chlamys farreri, the substratum is better in effect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for cultivating long oyster seedlings, in particular to an attachment base in the production process of artificial seedling cultivation of long oysters and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Oyster is an important marine biological resource. Its meat is delicious and nutritious, and it is known as "milk in the sea". Oyster has a wide geographical distribution, fast growth, high yield, and high economic value. It is the economic shellfish with the widest breeding range and the highest yield in the world. As one of the four major cultured shellfish in my country, oyster occupies a very important position in my country's mariculture industry. In 2015, my country's oyster production reached 4.35 million tons, accounting for 33% of the national shellfish production and 25% of the national mariculture production, ranking first in the world. It has made important contributions to ensuring my country'...
