In the reverse transcription process, primers with identification labels are adopted for reverse transcription of mRNA in different samples respectively to synthesize cDNA, and then the cDNA from different samples is mixed and processed to obtain the library. By adding a specific label sequence to each reverse transcription primer, a reverse transcription product is provided with a special label. After reverse transcription and subsequence PCR amplification are conducted on different samples with the primers with different label sequences, people can identify the reverse transcription products and which sample a certain PCR product comes from originally through the labels, and therefore mixed sample library building can be achieved.
