The sliding-plate-type limiting device comprises a clamping plate, an arc-shaped shoe plate and a hoop, and is characterized in that the clamping plate is a metal sheet or a high-strength plastic sheet; the arc-shaped shoe plate is also made of metal or plastic, an arc-shaped face is reserved on one side of the arc-shaped shoe plate, and the other side of the arc-shaped shoe plate is connected with the clamping plate; and the hoop consists of two arc-shaped clamping pieces, fastening screw holes are reserved in two ends of each arc-shaped clamping piece, fastening screws matched with the fastening screw holes are provided, and one of the arc-shaped clamping piece is combined with the clamping plate.
