Abstract

The invention provides an electronic soap-film flow meter capable of automatically and continuously wetting a soap tube and a measuring method, and belongs to the technical field of flow measurement. The flow meter comprises the soap tube, a soap tube supporting system, a soap-film photoelectric sensor system, a liquid level adjusting system, a liquid level fluctuating system, an overflow liquid collecting system, a soap liquid pumping system, a soap liquid storage system and a soap tube wetting system. Electromagnetic force and spring force are utilized to together act on a push-pull rod which is connected with a heavy punch, and the heavy punch is immersed into or emerges from liquid by means of the push-pull rod, so that periodic fluctuating of the liquid in the soap tube is achieved. Due to the positive pressure action of an air inlet, the level of the liquid in the soap tube forms thin soap films in the dropping process, in the ascending process, the soap films pass through the photoelectric sensor system in sequence, and flow calculation and heavy punch fluctuating control are conducted according to a time difference.
