Abstract

The invention discloses a powder sample impurity analyzer, which comprises a charging and discharging device and a tiling and cleaning device, wherein the charging and discharging device comprises a funnel arranged at the upper part of one end of a spreading platform, an intermittent feeding mechanism and a discharging slope hopper; the tiling and cleaning device comprises a tiling scraper for tiling forwards and then recovering powder and a cleaning scraper; the tiling scraper and the cleaning scraper are vertically arranged from front to back and are hoisted on a movable rod which is overhung at the upper part of the spreading platform by using an elastic element; the movable rod is arranged on a nut seat; the nut seat is screwed on a lead screw arranged outside the spreading platform; the front and back strokes of the tiling scraper and the cleaning scraper are greater than the front end and the back end of the spreading platform; the bottom ends of the tiling scraper and the cleaning scraper are lower than the spreading platform on the front and back maximum strokes; a CCD camera for photographing the tiled powder downwards is arranged at the upper part of the spreading platform; and the CCD camera is connected with a display processing terminal through a data transmission line.
