A waterproof and rainproof electricity meter box comprises a housing enclosing a holding cavity. The holding cavity is internally provided with a dividing wall comprising an insulation plate, a top plate and a splitter plate and configured to divide the holding cavity into an ammeter installation cavity and an air flow channel. The splitter plate is provided with a communication channel, the insulation plate is provided with a reflux inlet, the air flow channel and the reflux inlet are communicated with the ammeter installation cavity to form an inner air flow loop. The bottom wall of the housing is provided with an air inlet communicated with the air flow channel. The second side wall is provided with a drainage port, an expansion chamber is internally provided with an oblique cold plate, and the lower end of the cold plate is connected with the lower edge of the drainage port.
